From Discovery to Deployment
With 5 years of client-facing experience, I have built my career at the intersection of business and technology, always putting clients’ needs at the center of every solution.
That journey began at Claranet Technology, where, as an Executive Assistant, I served as the central interface between C-level executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
My foundation in Finance comes from my time at McKinsey & Company, where I developed the consultative mindset I bring to every client, and it taught me how to build and read the metrics that show whether something is actually working. In 2023, the firm rolled out Lilli, their own internal AI. That experience gave me a practical perspective on how large enterprises approach AI adoption and enablement at scale.
Today, as the founder of Ecominds.AI, I work with business leaders who feel the pressure to move fast with AI but aren't sure where to start or what to prioritize. I come in at that exact point: mapping what's actually breaking, prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities, understanding constraints, building the solution, and training teams to adopt it, ensuring that execution stays on track with business goals.
At GrowAbroad Consulting, I built the full AI strategy from the ground up, driving operational change across sales, customer operations, and market intelligence as part of the company’s expansion in the real estate market.

Discovery & Workflow Mapping
It starts with a 1-hour conversation to understand how the operation works today. From there, a short survey maps the team's AI familiarity and resistance points. We identify what takes the most time, what has the highest impact, what the team already knows, and what needs to change first. The goal is to identify exactly where AI fits before designing anything.

Introducing AI in Practice
Based on what we collect in discovery, I introduce AI tools, how they work, and what can be built with them. We cover capabilities, limitations, and which tool fits each type of task. Between sessions, participants have support to start applying what they've learned in their own workflows.
